All are highly qualified hands with experience in working for BPO/KPO sector, and are familiar with custom research tools and relevant software applications.

We adhere to stringent quality assurance procedures to ensure quality of all our work products. We ensure two levels of review of all work products. We provide adequate training to staff members before they start working on "live" projects. We utilize our strong capabilities in the collection, interpretation and analysis of data - both qualitative and quantitative to bring out work products of global standards.

How do you ensure data confidentiality?

We conduct screening and verification of all our employees during the recruitment process. We also sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with all our employees and clients that put together a robust system which commits security. We delete the data from our system on completion of project. We provide access to sensitive data to our employees on need basis only.

Is your team flexible with working hours?

We work for clients in the United States, and Australia and are flexible with timings. We are available for call at your convenient time.

1. Full time Employee Option

Dedicated full time employee for 160 hours per month.
Billing Cycle - Fortnightly.

2. Project to Project

Pricing based on the complexity of the project and turnaround time.
Billing Cycle - Fortnightly/On completion of project.
